We offer our document scanning prices based on a flat rate per box basis. The majority of our clients
prefer flat rate pricing by the box, because there are no more counting pages or images, scanning double
sided pages do not count as two pages and knowing your true cost before the first page is scanned.
Most of our clients save nearly half what it would cost by scanning the image. We'll convert your scanned
files into PDF or TIFF format and return them to you in the form of a CD or USB Flash Drive.

$150 Flat Per Box Price Includes:
• Black and White
• Document Prep (Removal of Staples, Clips, etc.)
• Duplex - both sides
• Scanning at 300 DPI
• Indexing (File Folder Naming)
• OCR to Searchable PDF
• CD-R or USB Flash Drive storage
• 2 storage box minimum
* Standard banker box size 10 x 12 x 15. Pages are assumed to be letter (8 1/2 x 11) or legal size (8 1/2 x 14). The data for the index field is found on the parent folder tab. Also, we offer secure shredding with certificate of destruction.
Scanned files can be printed and emailed from the disc that we send you.
